PingMyUsers compares communication APIs — transactional email, SMS, one-time passcodes and the WhatsApp Business Platform — for people who build apps with AI tools and for the AI agents that help them. It is operated by Sensaria AG, a company registered in Switzerland.
What the editorial team does
We read the public pages each provider publishes: pricing pages, API references, webhook and security documentation, trust centers, repositories and changelogs. We also record ratings from review platforms. Every fact on a provider card carries the page it came from, the date we checked it and an evidence status. Cards are re-checked at least every six months and earlier when a reader or a vendor reports a change.
What we don't do
We don't open test accounts or send messages through the providers, so the site never reports delivery rates or response times. We don't sell placements, and no provider sees its score before publication. The catalog never sends messages, creates payment links or stores anyone's API keys.
Funding
The site has no paid listings. If affiliate links are added later, each one will be labelled next to the link and the methodology will say how scores are kept separate from commercial terms.
